Streamlining Global Customer Audits
Golf Genius delivers a suite of technology products to golf clubs and tournaments worldwide. As their international business expanded, they needed a smarter way to review and understand each customer’s existing systems.

We designed and developed a bespoke audit tool with a friendly, clean user experience that made it simple for staff and customers to work through. The tool highlighted issues within existing setups, clearly surfacing areas in need of improvement or replacement.
All findings are processed by the tool into intuitive graphs and reports, which fed directly into HubSpot CRM. This gave sales and customer service teams immediate visibility of customer challenges, ensuring every follow-up conversation was relevant and informed.

The result: Greater visibility, faster audits, and stronger customer engagement—all built on a foundation of clarity and simplicity.

What challenge were you facing before working with us?
In the golf club space, club managers and decision makers desperately needed help assessing their existing technology and software systems in a quick and understandable way. As an independent ISV ourselves, we were looking to put together a self-assessment tool that allowed them to assess their tech stack objectively – without external influence or interference – and receive graphical results that worked in a dynamic fashion to provide actionable insights on what was working, and what was not.How did our solution or approach help address that challenge?
